Take a peek into magnificent apartment buildings, Belgrade Waterfront in Serbia
In an amazing city, Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, big business and residential complex called “Belgrade Waterfront” is under construction. The project started the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the investor from the United Arab Emirates, the country known for skyscrapers, many spectacular buildings, and structures.
The idea of the project is to revitalize and reconstruct area of 90 hectares and make building 82 meters tall with 23 floors and 228 flats. Apartments are different structure and size, from studio to four-room apartments. Every flat will have a terrace and from the majority will be provided a great view on river, impressive Belgrade Tower or the park. Two millions of square meters business objects and apartments will rise here. Belgrade Waterfront will have tree shores, the river from one side and two artificial channels from other sides will create an artificial island. On that island, investors plan to rise five-star hotels.
The area will be connected with Ada Ciganlija and Kalemengdan Park. This complex will contain small marine, area for sport and recreation and much more. A small eco train will transport tourist and visitors trough the whole area.
The floor in the apartment will be covered in multilayer parquet finished in natural oak, kitchens made on the principle of an open plan, connected with living room and dining room, and bathroom floors and walls will be covered with first class granite tiles. All apartments have multi-split air conditioning system. All living rooms and bedrooms have one indoor unit.
Within Belgrade Waterfront there will be a coffee shop and stores, surrounded by landscape gardens, kindergarten and children’s playground. Future residents will be able to enjoy nearby Belgrade park, and Belgrade Waterfront gallery, the biggest shopping mall in the region will be in just a few minutes walking distance.
Flat prices per square go from 2500 to 3000 EUR ($ 2650 – $ 3180). Some rumors said that people from world jet-set want to buy flats in this area.
